We're not your typical corporate training outfit. School Training exists because we got tired of watching smart people struggle with the basics of leading others. Our whole operation started with a simple question: why do most leadership programs feel like they were designed by robots for robots? We built something different. Something practical. We work with businesses across South Africa who want their leaders to actually know what they're doing — not just talk a good game. It's hands-on. It's honest. And it works.

Our Story
School Training started in 2016 when our founder got frustrated watching talented managers fumble basic leadership skills. Seemed like nobody was teaching the stuff that actually matters. So we started small — working with 8 businesses in the Nelspruit area. Word spread. People told their friends. Now we're working across multiple provinces, having trained over 340 leaders. We've learned a ton along the way. Mostly that leadership training works best when it's specific, tough, and doesn't waste anyone's time.

Started School Training after 17 years in corporate leadership roles. Spent a decade frustrated watching leaders fail. Decided to do something about it. Still trains most of our programs personally because he believes in knowing every client's situation.
